Flexible & Bespoke CRM Course Design - Initial/Recurrent
We can design your CRM course in one of two ways:
- You can adopt our yearly cycle of modules for Recurrent training
- Our training team can deliver the CRM modules to fit your Ops Manual and Regulatory requirements

Our accident/incident case studies are regularly revised to provide new and up to date learning insight, as well as comparing how your crew would deal with similar situations. Our CRM facilitators are current UK CAA accredited CRMT's who have years of operational experience in many varied roles within the aviation industry; commercial and general aviation, military, cabin crew, rear crew, maintenance and other specific areas. All of our training team deliver Instructional Techniques Training including facilitation skills as part of our Train the Trainer Programmes, therefore, please expect a highly facilitative training session.
Crew Resource Management for Trainers (CRMT)
Our 5 day CRM(T) Train the Trainer Programme is designed for all individuals who wish to become CRM Facilitators or would like a more in-depth knowledge of the art of facilitating CRM training sessions.
Our programme includes:
Instructional & Facilitative training techniques which includes understanding the barriers to learning, how people learn, classroom do's and don'ts, maximising your training aids, different course programme design, questioning techniques, dealing with difficult delegates, co-training and feedback.
The course also includes multiple CRM modules delivered by our facilitators, giving you educational insights into CRM and an opportunity to observe how to deliver in a facilitative style. Our training team will describe and demonstrate in detail, best practice when building and designing relevant case studies to maximise learning during a CRM module.
As a delegate, you will have the opportunity to deliver your own CRM modules and case studies, enabling you to put into practice all that you will learn over the 5 days. There will be plenty of opportunity for individual coaching and feedback to help identify development areas as well as recognising the positive qualities of the session.
Our course is extremely interactive and focuses on giving the delegate/team the required background knowledge and a CRM tool box, in order to confidently leave the comfort of our training programme and go on to develop and design your own CRM training courses.
